S.T.A.R.S.* Test

From distress to full radiance, we experience

The S.T.A.R.S test allows you to:

  • take stock of the different areas of your life.
  • obtain a visual assessment of your personal fulfilment
  • measure your « overall satisfaction rate » to see over time whether your situation is evolving, and in which direction.

For each of your life areas, we invite you to measure your level of satisfaction, and therefore of radiance, from 1 to 8 according to the scale below :

For example, try measuring the difference between “I have to make you dinner” and “I would love to make you dinner”: those are two very different dinners; or: “I have to go to work” and “I am fortunate to do something that transcends me in my work”.
